At the International Aerospace Exhibition Dubai Airshow 2023 in the UAE, Rostech brought a new electronic warfare novelty. The EW complex 'Sapphire' already has combat experience.
The complex's equipment had a frequency range increased: from 300 MHz to 6 GHz.
'Sapphire' works at a distance up to 30 km, counteraction against drones is carried out at 5 km and closer. It itself classifies an enemy in the air and marks how dangerous it is for the guarded object.
In addition to the UAVs themselves, the complex suppresses ground control stations for drones.
