According to the holding, powerful arrays of laser diodes (RALD) in the near-infrared range for optical pumping of solid-state lasers have been modernized.
A design of powerful RALD with improved characteristics is proposed, which allows reducing the thermal resistance of the device, reducing the wavelength shift during operation in quasi-continuous mode by 2-2.5 times, and also increasing the reliability of the product.
