The Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia has presented a list of cars recommended for purchase for government officials. The focus is on models with a high level of localization.

The list includes models from Russian manufacturers AvtoVAZ, UAZ, Aurus, Moskvich, Evolute, as well as Chinese concern Haval. The ministry noted that the list will be updated with new brands in the future. 

According to the manufacturers' price lists provided by RIA Novosti, the most budget-friendly car for officials is the Lada Granta. Its price starts from 700 thousand rubles depending on the configuration. The most expensive one turned out to be the premium class SUV Aurus Komendant - from 40 million rubles.

AvtoVAZ press service commented on the presented list by the Ministry of Industry and Trade. The company reminded that all Lada models will participate in state procurements. However, the most satisfying the ministry's requirements will be the representative sedan Lada Aura, the production of which will be launched in the fall of 2024.
