A fake Tinkoff Bank app has appeared in the App Store. The TBank App is visually similar to the official one (the design uses an image of a Tinkoff card and the color scheme matches), but under no circumstances should you install it – attackers can gain access to confidential data or funds.

As for installing the Tinkoff Bank application directly on an iOS device, this can be done through a bank representative.
