Significant changes are underway at the Kalashnikov Concern, where the production of high-precision artillery projectiles is being actively expanded. Plans are in place to create a modern cluster equipped with advanced equipment, which will create 700 new jobs by the end of this year.
New facilities for the production of high-precision products, such as the 9M33 AAGM, Vikhr-1, and Kitolov-2M, are already being built on the Concern's vacant areas. They include areas for tooling, heat treatment, assembly production, mechanical workshops, and administrative and amenity premises. Two large workshops will soon be put into operation, which will more than double the production of high-precision ammunition.
Increasing the capacity of the division is an important strategic step in the development of the enterprise. Demand for our products remains high, and feedback on their effectiveness in combat conditions is positive. Our enterprise has the potential not only to increase technological capacity, but also to create new types of special products.
The existing production continues to operate at full capacity and successfully fulfills state orders.
As part of the state subsidy for the purchase of new equipment, the Concern's fleet of machinery is growing every month. More than 40 new machines have already been delivered to production, and more than 100 more are in the process of delivery. All of this will be fully mastered by the time work begins at the new production sites.
