Production of the latest self-propelled howitzers "Coalition-SV" on the T-90 tank platform has begun in Russia

Serial production of "Coalition-SV" began even before the completion of testing

The Deputy Head of "Rostec", Vladimir Artyakov, announced that the serial production of the latest 152-millimeter self-propelled artillery units "Coalition-SV" has already begun in Russia - and this is despite the fact that the tests of the 2S35 artillery gun itself, which is part of the complex, will be completed only by the end of the year.

Serial production, as well as the production of a transport-loading vehicle, has already been launched.

"Coalition-SV" was created by the Nizhny Novgorod Central Research Institute "Burevestnik". The base for the gun is the chassis of the T-90 tank. The howitzer can fire at a range of up to 70 km.

By the way, we recently showed a video of a T-90 tank firing in slow motion. You can see the rare footage here.
