In Sakhalin, this is the first car-sharing service, which covers not only the regional center, but also the southern regions (Kholmsky, Nevelsky, Aniva and Korsakov). Car sharing users have access to per-minute, per-hour, or per-day electric car rentals. You can charge the car for free at RusHydro charging stations directly from the mobile application, which is available for both iOS and Android.

Let’s remind, the first Green Crab car sharing from "RusHydro" appeared in June 2022 in Vladivostok. At the moment it includes a hundred electric cars mainly of Russian manufacture.
