A micro-drone weighing only 38 grams has been created in Russia. It can stay in the air for 6 minutes

The payload of the miniature kamikaze drone is 5.45 mm rounds

The Design Bureau of Unmanned Aviation reported on the development of the Vector X-120 multirotor drone, which weighs only 38 grams.

Specialists of our bureau have developed a small Vector X-120 quadcopter, which weighs only 38 grams without payload. This is a disposable kamikaze drone that will be used to destroy enemy manpower with existing army ammunition [5.45 x 39 mm and 9 19 mm Luger rounds].

The maximum flight time of the Vector X-120 is up to 6 minutes, the flight range is up to 2 km. And the maximum speed is 50 km/h.

The Vector X-120 is able to fly into a shelter and hit a target directly inside the shelter. This cannot be done by a sniper or a fighter who shoots from any small arms, unless it is heavy weapons such as grenade launchers or serious anti-tank rifles, which are now a great rarity, as well as special cumulative ammunition.

The creators reported that the cost of the Vector X-120 is 75-80 thousand rubles, and this is without taking into account the payload (i.e. the cartridge).
