Rostec announced the transfer of the first batch of 2S41 "Drok" self-propelled mortars to the troops. This complex is based on the chassis of the "Typhoon" armored car and is designed to suppress both enemy manpower and light armored vehicles.
2S41 "Drok" received a modern fire control system, and firing can be conducted without leaving the cabin, and the transition of equipment from the stowed position to the combat position takes less than a minute.
One of the main advantages of the complex is its high rate of fire: more than 10 rounds per minute. The ammunition load consists of 40 mines.
