From July 9–14 in Moscow, the first Future Technology Forum will take place. The event will provide a platform for discussing trends in the development of new technologies and domestic scientific developments. The theme of the Forum is quantum technologies and their role in the country's technological development.
The Forum will include 18 sessions, among them: «The image of quantum in human consciousness», «Quantum city of the future», «Medicine and the human being of the future in a quantum world», «Ethics of the digital world: old utopias in a new light», «5G, 6G,…,10G: where is technology going?», «Technological sovereignty and Russia's place in international science».
From July 9–12, events of the closed scientific conference ICQT 2023 will take place where renowned scientists will discuss the latest achievements in quantum physics. On July 13–14, there will be open days with thematic sessions and special events. The main event of the business program will be a plenary session, which will take place on July 13.
At the exhibition exposition of the Forum, State Corporation 'Rosatom', JSC 'RZD', JSC 'Gazprombank', the Government of Moscow, PJSC 'Sberbank' will demonstrate their projects and products in the field of quantum technologies.

It is expected that more than 1500 Russian and foreign guests will participate in the Forum, and more than 100 researchers and engineers will act as speakers.
The Future Technology Forum is held under the auspices of the Decade of Science and Technology, announced by the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, from 2022. The operator of the Forum is the Roscongress Foundation with the support of the Ministry of Digital Development and the Russian Academy of Sciences. Co-organizers of the event are 'Rosatom' and 'RZD'.
