The scientific-production enterprise "Radar mms" is developing an unmanned aerial vehicle of the hydroplane type, this was told by the executive director of the company Ivan Antsev.
"Currently, we are developing an interesting direction - a hydro unmanned aerial vehicle. Its feature is take-off and landing on water. The hydro unmanned aerial vehicle is irreplaceable where there are no airfields, no possibility of landing, or where the use of piloted aviation is not advisable. I think that we will be able to present such a drone at the SPIEF next year", - he told.
"Radar mms" is developing this drone in conjunction with the Central Design Bureau for Hydrofoil Ships.
