On March 3, 2023, AvtoVAZ began mass production of Lada Vesta NG, and now the company has announced that it has started shipping cars to dealers. At the same time, dealers began accepting pre-orders for Vesta NG. Buyers have four versions of the car available: sedan, SW, Sedan Cross and SW Cross, as reported by the automaker's press service.
Only the base version can be purchased with a 90 horsepower 8-valve engine, or with a 106 horsepower 16-valve, all other versions are equipped with a more powerful engine. But there is no choice of gearboxes: all cars are equipped with a 5-speed manual gearbox. Versions with a variator will only appear next year, and such a gearbox will be combined with a more powerful 1.8 L engine, which has finally cured the oil consume issue.
The cost of the base Vesta NG Comfort is 1.24 million rubles. The basic equipment includes air conditioning, airbag, electric and heated mirrors, electric all door's windows, disc rear brakes, audio preparation, fin antenna, 15-inch stamped wheels, ABS. For 49 thousand rubles an add-on pack Plus is available with driver's seat height and lumbar adjustment, windscreen heater, rear parking sensors, and 16-inch alloy wheels.
The cost of the top version Techno is 1.57 million rubles for standard sedan or 1.69 million rubles for cross-sedan. In such a car's cabin there is a digital dashboard and a multimedia system with a 10-inch display, atmospheric lighting, side airbags.
