AO "Remdiesel" announced that in August, a public premiere of the new domestic armored vehicle "Phoenix" will take place - the novelty will be presented at the "Army-2023" forum, which will be held in Kubinka from 14 to 20 August.

"We plan to present for the first time at the "Army-2023" forum a fully import-substituted version of the armored vehicle "Typhoon-K53949", which received the name "Phoenix". The body of the new modification of the machine is adapted to the serial chassis, which has allowed to reduce its cost and increase the pace of production", - told in "Remdiesel" and added that the refusal from the special chassis, which was previously used to build the "Typhoon-K", is due to military realities that require rapid equipping of the army with simple but quality equipment.

Among the features of "Typhoon-K" and, consequently, "Phoenix", - increased mine and ballistic protection, as well as seats for the landing with a suspension system, safety belts and headrests.
