The federal state unitary enterprise (FSUE) «NAMI», subordinate to the Ministry of Industry and Trade, is negotiating with the United Shipbuilding Corporation (USC) about the creation of luxury yachts under the Aurus brand. This was announced by the General Director of the FSUE «NAMI» Fedor Nazarov.

"Yes, we are currently negotiating with several companies", - Nazarov answered the corresponding question. He also answered “Yes” to the question whether USC is participating in the negotiations.

At the same time, according to the General Director of “NAMI”, the appearance of Aurus yachts is a distant prospect. "We are still negotiating. After the negotiations, it will take several years to create", - he specified.

Recall that originally Aurus is a Russian brand of luxury representative class cars. At the moment, the Aurus Senat sedan and the Komendant SUV are being produced.
