Airports in southern Russia, closed due to the ADIZ, will not operate before the end of 2029

This follows from the statement of Eurocontrol

Since February 2022, due to the conduct of Air Defense Identification Zone, 11 airports have been closed in Russia, and according to Eurocontrol statement, they will not reopen before at least six years.

"Restrictions in the airspace of Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, and Moldova will continue until the end of 2029", - stated by the European Organisation for the Safety of Air Navigation.

We remind you that the list of cities where flights have been temporarily suspended include Anapa, Belgorod, Bryansk, Voronezh, Gelendzhik, Krasnodar, Kursk, Lipetsk, Rostov-on-Don, Simferopol and Elista.
