Индия попросила Россию поторопиться с поставкой ЗРК С-400 «Триумф»

ANI: New Delhi May Receive Remaining Anti-Aircraft Missile Systems in 2026

Indian Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, in a meeting with his Russian counterpart Andrei Belousov in China, requested the acceleration of the delivery of long-range S-400 Triumf anti-aircraft missile systems (SAM). This was reported by The Military Watch Magazine, citing the Indian defense department.

This was one of the key meetings between the defense ministers of the two countries in recent times against the backdrop of Operation "Sindur" (against Pakistan), as New Delhi sees the need to increase defense production and strengthen the air defense system.

The negotiations took place after media reports that Russia may postpone the delivery of the fourth and fifth divisions of the S-400. ANI agency claimed that the SAM systems would arrive in India in March and October 2026.

At the same time, the Indian authorities expected to receive the anti-aircraft missile systems in 2025. The country's armed forces need the S-400, as the systems played an important role in repelling attacks from Pakistan.

Platforms such as the S-400 have given the country unprecedented strength.
