AvtoVAZ published real salary ranges for workers and engineers. During the Open Day in Tolyatti, official job invitations with detailed amounts were distributed. It turned out that machine operators at the plant are valued higher than administrative staff: a miller can receive up to 150,491 rubles, a turner – up to 143,325 rubles, while a line foreman is limited to a ceiling of exactly 100,000 rubles.

Starting rates for automated line adjusters also look impressive. A cold stamping equipment adjuster receives from 85,217 rubles, and a CNC machine adjuster – from 72,021 to 85,761 rubles.

Most locksmith and welding positions are in the range of 45–75 thousand rubles, although a qualified repair locksmith can reach up to 85,294 rubles. The most modest incomes are for emergency repair locksmiths, whose peak is 60,468 rubles.

A fundamental nuance is hidden in the indicated figures. The footnote explains that the amounts are calculated for employees who have worked the full working time fund without taking into account overtime. Meanwhile, the practice of working on weekends and overtime with increased pay at AvtoVAZ has become systemic – the conveyor requires stable loading, and the staff shortage forces to close gaps through additional shifts. The real income of qualified personnel, taking into account overtime, can significantly exceed the indicated maximums.
