The satellite manufacturing company Reshetnev (part of the Roscosmos State Corporation) has successfully passed the scheduled certification of its quality management system. Experts from the Center for Certification of Rocket and Space Technology inspected the design and production departments at all stages of spacecraft creation and confirmed their compliance with industry regulations and GOST standards.

The issued certificate allows the company to perform a full cycle of work: development, production, testing, maintenance, and support during the operation of space complexes and systems. In essence, the document legally secures Reshetnev's right to independently manage a project from drawing to launch and further support of the spacecraft in orbit.

Over 67 years, Zheleznogorsk satellite manufacturers have created more than 1300 spacecraft for communication, television broadcasting, relay, navigation, and geodesy, on the basis of which over 40 multi-satellite systems and complexes have been formed in various orbits. Confirmation of the certificate is a routine but critically important procedure for a serial manufacturer, without which neither government orders nor export contracts are possible.
