MTS, beeline, MegaFon, and T2 have signed a strategic agreement with the "Max" messenger. The platform will be used to send confirmation codes, service notifications, authorization, and transactional messages.
For such messages, "Max" will feature separate secure folders – "Confirmation Codes" and "Useful Notifications." Messages from companies will be automatically sorted and receive a special verification mark.
Special emphasis was placed on security. Particularly important notifications can only be delivered to a trusted device chosen by the user. The company notes that the technology has already been tested in conjunction with the Ministry of Digital Development and is used as one of the authorization elements on "Gosuslugi".
In the future, "Max" aims to become more than just a notification messenger. Businesses plan to have the ability to send images, GIFs, videos, audio, and interactive buttons directly within messages. If delivery via "Max" fails, the notification will be automatically duplicated via SMS at no additional cost.
