MC-21, SJ-100, and Il-114-300 to be built by the dozens annually

None of the airliners have yet received a type certificate

It is known that Aeroflot plans to purchase 200 MC-21s by 2033. "Pervyy Tekhnicheskiy" calculated the pace PAO "Yakovlev" needs to achieve to meet such demand.

The Ministry of Transport emphasized that by 2030, the share of domestic aircraft in carriers' fleets is intended to increase to 50%, stated Deputy Prime Minister Vitaly Savelyev.

Rosaviatsiya head Dmitry Yadrov stated that Russia has learned to build aircraft in 6-7 years, while leading Western aviation concerns Boeing and Airbus spend twice as long — from 10 to 12 years.
