The Taganrog Aviation Scientific and Technical Complex (TANTK) named after Beriev (part of the United Aircraft Corporation of the Rostec State Corporation) will no longer be a public company. The decision was unanimously adopted by the shareholders at an extraordinary meeting.
The company will amend the charter, notify the Bank of Russia and receive an exemption from the obligation to disclose corporate and financial information.
This means that data on significant transactions, reorganization, liquidation, bankruptcy, changes to the charter, financial results and affiliated persons will not be publicly available.
The most famous product of Beriev TANTK is the Be-200 amphibious aircraft, which will receive PD-8 engines.
According to SPARK-Interfax, in 2024, TANTK generated 14.6 billion rubles in revenue and received a profit of 1.3 billion rubles. Results of the two quarters of 2025: turnover — 1.6 billion rubles, loss — 1.8 billion rubles.
