Завершены предварительные испытания интеллектуальных инверторов 5МИ-10-6А и 5МИ-20-6А для самолётов Sukhoi Superjet 100

The development of these modules is part of a strategy aimed at replacing critical technologies in aircraft construction

Preliminary tests of the 5MI-10-6A and 5MI-20-6A intelligent inverter modules have been completed. These modules are designed for high-precision control of electric motors in modern aircraft and are intended for critical aircraft systems. The first stage of testing has been successfully completed, and the modules are now moving to the interdepartmental testing stage.

The 5MI series modules are key components of the wing mechanization drive control system, such as slats, flaps, and interceptors. In particular, their use is planned in the systems of the latest domestic aircraft such as the SuperJet. Intelligent inverters provide precise and reliable control of powerful electric motors operating in high vibration loads and temperature extremes typical of aviation.

The products of Electrum AV JSC successfully replace imported analogues in various fields. The 5MI-10-6A and 5MI-20-6A modules are no exception. They are designed for use in aircraft control systems where high reliability, fault tolerance and compliance with stringent airworthiness standards are critical.

The development of these modules is part of a strategy aimed at replacing critical technologies in aircraft construction. Like our other products, such as thyristor-diode modules, relays and transistor assemblies, which are used in the defense industry, railway transport and automotive industry, the new intelligent inverters demonstrate our potential in creating advanced electronic components for the most critical engineering industries.
