Initially, the company planned to increase its authorized capital by 3.5 billion rubles by issuing 1 billion new shares with a nominal value of 3 rubles 50 kopecks each.

However, in three years of additional share issue, only 3.4% of the planned volume was placed — 34.6 million shares. Most of the additional issue was paid for by offsetting monetary claims, with only 17 rubles of the additional issue paid in cash. The company does not disclose who exactly acquired the securities.

JSC "ODK-Aviadvigatel" is a design bureau in Perm, historically developing engines for leading Russian aviation enterprises.

The company created the PS-90 engines for Tu-204/214, Il-76/78 and Il-96 aircraft, as well as the PD-14 engine for the latest domestic MC-21 airliner.

At the end of 2024, the JSC's revenue amounted to 26 billion rubles, and net profit was 929.5 million rubles. The company's authorized capital after the completion of the additional issue is 184 million rubles.

Earlier, www1.ru reported that the developer of the MC-21 will make more than 200 test flights before handing over the aircraft to customers.
