Only the sky is the limit: the Su-57 fighter jet has no development ceiling

Test pilot Sergei Bogdan stated that the Su-57 has no limit to development

The latest Russian fifth-generation Su-57 fighter jet has no limits to growth and development. This was stated by Honored Test Pilot Hero of Russia Sergei Bogdan.

He recalled that the Su-57 is the first fifth-generation aircraft to participate in real combat operations. The fighter fully confirmed the characteristics laid down by the engineers.

But [the Su-57] has no limit to growth. Gradually, any aircraft will increase the complex of onboard equipment, the complex of weapons with new missiles, with new weapons. It will be necessary to perform test flights. And this will happen continuously, until any aircraft is decommissioned.
Sergei Bogdan, test pilot

The Su-57 was developed by the Sukhoi company (part of UAC), it is produced at the Komsomolsk-on-Amur Aviation Plant (KnAAZ).

The Su-57 is a multi-purpose fifth-generation fighter designed to destroy all types of aerial targets in long-range and close combat, and to engage ground and surface targets of the enemy while overcoming air defense systems. Its first flight took place on January 29, 2010.
