Пассажирский Ил-114-300 проходит через новый этап сертификационных испытаний в Луховицах

The second prototype Il-114-300 has already completed 12 flights

Active certification tests of the new Russian Il-114-300 aircraft, developed as part of the full import substitution program, continue in Lukhovitsy.

The second prototype (serial number 0110) has already completed 12 flights as part of the factory refinement tests, including a recent three-hour flight at an altitude of up to 7,500 meters on November 18. The tests focus on verifying the operation of domestic systems and components.

The creation of the Il-114-300 is aimed at updating the fleet of regional turboprop aircraft. In addition to testing, the Voronin Lukhovitsy Aircraft Plant (LAZ, JSC "RSK "MiG"") is building serial models. The assembly of the third prototype aircraft (s/n 1001) is being completed, and its first flight is scheduled for spring 2025. The first production aircraft (s/n 1002) is also being built, and the production of gliders for the following aircraft has already begun. At the same time, the component assembly shops are manufacturing components for aircraft with serial numbers 1005 and beyond.

Certification of the Il-114-300 should be completed by the end of 2025, after which deliveries to customers will begin in 2026. The project's financing provides for significant investments: 9.4 billion rubles in 2025, 706 million rubles in 2026, and 2.5 billion rubles in 2027, totaling 12.563 billion rubles. These funds are aimed at further design, certification, deployment of mass production, and the formation of warehouse stocks of spare parts.

The production of TV7-11ST-01 engines for the Il-114-300 is carried out at the ODK-Klimov plant in St. Petersburg. Engine deliveries will increase as the rate of aircraft production increases: six engines are planned for production in 2025 and 2026, and from 2027 the production volume will be 24 engines annually.

According to current plans, the first production vehicles will be delivered to customers in 2026 in the amount of three units. Starting in 2027, production will increase to 12 aircraft per year. A contract has already been signed for the supply of the first three aircraft, and an expansion of order volumes is expected after receiving a type certificate.
