Автолюбителям объяснили, как повысят утильсбор в России

A phased indexation until 2030 is planned

The editor-in-chief of "Za Rulem" magazine, Maxim Kadakov, believes that the utilization fee for cars, trucks, and buses will still be increased in Russia this year. The journalist drew attention to the statements of the Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade, Albert Karimov, who explained why it is impossible to do without increasing the utilization fee.

Such materials do not appear just like that. This means that the utilization fee will still be increased - already this year.

The journalist believes that a draft government decree will soon be published, its public discussion will be successful, after which Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin will sign the document, and the utilization fee will be increased.

Kadakov emphasizes that its indexation will affect equipment manufactured in Russia and Belarus. In addition to buses, trucks and cars, it will affect bulldozers, tractors, loaders, dump trucks, rollers, graders, dump trucks and trailers along with semi-trailers.

For cars with engines from one to two liters, the utilization fee will be 556,200 rubles this year and 1,172,400 rubles in 2030. For cars with engines from 3 liters to 3.5 liters, the utilization fee will be 1,794,600 rubles this year and 3,783,400 rubles in 2030. Cars with an engine capacity of more than 3.5 liters: 2,285,200 rubles this year, 4,817,800 rubles in 2030.

Kadakov is sure that the increase in the utilization fee will affect the increase in prices for cars that are not produced in Russia. This is about 56% of the new car market in the country. The journalist believes that dealers of these cars will include the utilization fee in the price of cars.

And cars will become more expensive - as it already was after last year's increase in utilization. Don't say later that I didn't warn you.
