Judicial correspondence now available on Gosuslugi starting June 1

Russians will be able to promptly receive notifications about case proceedings

Starting June 1, Russians will be able to track judicial documents, including rulings, lawsuits, and petitions, on the unified public services portal. The initiative belongs to the head of the Supreme Court, Igor Krasnov, the press service of the highest judicial instance reported.

Krasnov previously stated that using Gosuslugi will allow citizens "to be aware of court proceedings in which they are involved, and parties to promptly receive notifications." The new notification procedure is approved by Articles 113, 115 of the Civil Procedure Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 96, 98 of the Code of Administrative Procedure of the Russian Federation, and Articles 121-122 of the Arbitration Procedure Code of the Russian Federation.

Users can disable the judicial correspondence delivery function. To do this, you need to go to the settings of the Gospochta service and deactivate the "Courts" category.
