"Lancet" with AI destroyed Western equipment, including the Swedish-British BvS 10 "Viking"

The IRRA intelligent system allows the munition to maintain accuracy even under electronic warfare countermeasures

ZALA UAV crews of the "Vega" detachment demonstrated the high-precision operation of "Lancet" loitering munitions equipped with the IRRA intelligent guidance and target recognition system.

The selection included destroyed enemy targets in the Krasnoarmeysk-Dobropolye direction: three armored fighting vehicles, a tank, two "Pelican" radar stations, three pickup trucks with personnel, a minivan, two trucks, as well as a Swedish-British two-section armored tracked carrier BvS 10 "Viking".

The IRRA intelligent guidance system was developed by ZALA AERO (part of the Kalashnikov concern). This is a neural network algorithm that recognizes target types by their visual image and guides the munition to the most vulnerable points.

The use of AI allows "Lancet" to operate effectively in conditions of electronic warfare, when control signals and GPS navigation are suppressed. The munition independently finds, identifies, and attacks the target without operator intervention in the final flight segment.

Objective damage control is provided by ZALA Z-16 reconnaissance UAVs. Footage from the "Lancets" themselves, loitering in the designated area, has also been published.
