An aircraft manufacturing cluster in Khabarovsk Krai is being developed jointly with OAK

In Khabarovsk Krai, serial production of import-substituted "Superjets" is planned to begin in 2026. This was reported by the head of the region, Dmitry Demeshin.

According to him, an aircraft manufacturing cluster in the region is being developed jointly with the United Aircraft Corporation (OAK).

The Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East are providing support for localizing the production of the airliner\'s components — machining, cutting tools, cable networks, wiring harnesses, hatches, and PD-8 engines, Demeshin specified.

Certification of the first fully import-substituted civilian aircraft, the "Superjet-100," is being completed. This year, the plan is to move to serial production.
