PD-14 engine manufacturer for MC-21-310 summoned to court

"PSK Kama" demanded to recover more than 36 million rubles from "ODK-Perm Motors"

The enterprise "PSK Kama" appealed to the Arbitration Court of the Perm Territory with a demand to recover 36.2 million rubles from the company "ODK-Perm Motors". The reason for the financial dispute was the debt under the supply contract dated April 29, 2025.

According to the court decision, the plaintiff demands that the aircraft engine manufacturer recover a debt of 3 million rubles, as well as a penalty of 75 thousand rubles, with subsequent accrual until the obligations are fully fulfilled.

However, representatives of "PSK Kama" filed applications with violations, which they were asked to correct by January 19. In particular, it follows from the documents submitted with the claim that there is an agreement between the parties to consider disputes by an arbitration court.

In this regard, the plaintiff is invited to justify the reasons for applying to the arbitration court with this claim. The plaintiff also did not provide evidence of payment of the state fee.

"ODK - Perm Motors" is part of the United Engine Corporation of Rostec and produces engines for civil aviation. The company's product line includes engines of the ПД-8 family for SJ-100, ПД-14 for МС-21-310 and ПС-90А for Ил-96.

Just a few days ago, "Perm Motors" was again required to recover funds in court, but the amount of the claim was many times less.

PSK Kama LLC was registered in 2012. The company is engaged in the construction of residential and non-residential buildings.

What kind of contractual relationship connects the two companies is unknown.
