Новейший мобильный радиолокационный комплекс «Восток‑3D» развернули в Белоруссии

The radar deploys in minutes, detects objects hundreds of kilometers away, and resists interference

The premiere of the latest mobile three-coordinate radar complex "Vostok-3D" took place in Minsk. Developed by the Belarusian design bureau "Radar", which is part of the holding "Radar Systems", the complex is capable of creating a continuous radar field and detecting air targets of any complexity at any time of the day.

The "Vostok-3D" complex is designed to detect airborne objects with the determination of their azimuth, range, altitude and radial velocity. It is built on a car chassis and includes an antenna-hardware vehicle, a remote automated operator workstation and an autonomous diesel power station.

The developers note that the complex is capable of detecting targets at a distance of up to 360 kilometers. Thanks to dual-band operation (meter + decimeter) and noise-like probing signals, the system provides increased noise immunity and less visibility to the enemy.

The mobility of the complex ensures rapid deployment: a team of three people can prepare the station for operation in minimal time. Operational characteristics include a service life of more than 10 years before the first overhaul and a service life of over 25 years.

Earlier www1.ru reported that Belarusian engineers presented a new robotic platform "Adunok-M24".
