The Ministry of Forestry of the Amur Region has filed a lawsuit with the Arbitration Court of the Irkutsk Region against the Angara airline. The department demands compensation for damage to forest plantations caused during the An-24 crash. This is stated in the claim materials on the website of the "Arbitration Cases File".
We are talking about a forest area in the Tyndinsky forestry of the Amur Region. The damage was estimated at 535 thousand rubles.
The Arbitration Court of the Irkutsk Region has accepted the ministry's claim for proceedings. It will be considered in a simplified manner.
The Angara airline was obliged to submit a "written reasoned response to the statement of claim" by November 12, 2025. The parties can also resolve the dispute with the involvement of a mediator.
