In the near future, "Aeroflot" will receive the first new domestic MC-21 aircraft. According to Oleg Panteleev, Executive Director of the AviaPort agency, this will allow the airline to increase the number of flights, rejuvenate the fleet and increase the level of comfort for passengers.
Panteleev noted that now "Aeroflot" and the group's airlines are working with a record load of seats.
This is certainly in demand, because today the airline flies with a record seat occupancy. And the airlines that are part of the Aeroflot Group also demonstrate very high occupancy rates, which are not typical for the global market.
According to him, the high occupancy rate of flights shows that the new MC-21 aircraft will also be actively used. Their commissioning will relieve existing routes and expand the route network.
Panteleev noted that the operational performance of the MC-21 will be noticeably better in terms of economic efficiency compared to existing aircraft.
