Russian-Belarusian LMS-192 Osvey aircraft model presented at "Innoprom. Belarus" exhibition

Mass production of the aircraft will start in 2027

A prototype of the light multipurpose aircraft "Osvey" was shown at the "Innoprom. Belarus" exhibition. It will fly next year.

LMS-192 "Osvey" is a joint project of Russia and Belarus, designed for flights on local routes. The aircraft will receive a VK-800 turboprop engine. The onboard equipment for the aircraft will be created by JSC "Concern Radio-Electronic Technologies".

A prototype of the aircraft will be created in Belarus in 2026. Mass production will be established in 2027 at the "Ural Civil Aviation Plant".

The head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, Anton Alikhanov, previously stated that all parameters of the project for creating the "Osvey" aircraft have already been developed. Russia expects a positive conclusion from Belarusian colleagues in order to continue developing working design documentation.
