The "Element" Group of companies, through its "Robot Corporation" division, has acquired a 51% stake in the Tatarstan-based industrial robot manufacturer "Eidos Robotics". The deal aims to develop robotics within the group and expand production in Tatarstan.
"Eidos Robotics" specializes in industrial robot manipulators and collaborative robots for welding, palletizing, and machine loading using machine vision. The company's current clients include KAMAZ, Sibur, Gazprom Neft, and other enterprises. After joining "Element"'s capital, the company expects to increase revenue by 2.5 times and enter new markets.
According to experts, the merger of several assets in the field of industrial production automation could become a promising direction for the group, given its core business — the production of electronic component base.
The "Element" Group, established in 2019 by AFC "Sistema" and "Rostec", unites more than 30 companies in the field of microelectronics and radio electronics. In the first half of 2025, the group's revenue amounted to 16.1 billion rubles, EBITDA — 3.6 billion rubles, net profit — 2 billion rubles, with a decrease compared to last year due to a reduction in demand for electronic component base, but growth in the segments of precision engineering and modules was noted.
