St. Petersburg-based "Metalworking Technology Center" has filed a lawsuit against the Ural Civil Aviation Plant (UZGA) to recover a debt of approximately 404 million rubles.
The materials were submitted to the Arbitration Court of the Sverdlovsk Region in mid-August and have not yet been accepted for production.
The essence of the case has also not been disclosed. It is likely that the issue concerns the recovery of debt for components supplied for aircraft manufactured by UZGA.
UZGA is the manufacturer of the new regional aviation aircraft LMS-901 "Baikal". Before the start of mass production, the plant had already built the fourth prototype of the "Baikal", designed to replace the Soviet " кукурузник "— An-2.
Earlier, www1.ru reported that Rostec is ready to start supplying MC-21, SJ-100 and Il-114-300 abroad.
