Two experienced latest Il-114-300 aircraft with tail numbers 54115 and 54116 are undergoing flight certification tests in Lukhovitsy and Zhukovsky. This was reported by the publication "Aviation of Russia".
According to the source, in the first half of 2025, the aircraft performed more than 120 flights to evaluate new systems and equipment.
Certification of the Il-114-300 is scheduled for December 2025, and the transfer of the first production vehicles to airlines will begin in the spring of 2026.
The modernized version of the Il-114-300 is built exclusively from components of domestic production, equipped with new systems and equipment. The maximum flight altitude is about 7.6 thousand meters.
On July 8, the aircraft was officially presented to the Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin during his visit to the Innoprom exhibition.
