The S.V. Ilyushin Aviation Complex (PJSC "Il") отказался от продолжения сотрудничества с разработчиком компонентов авиации НПО «Родина» по проекту доработки систем управления рулевого привода и приводом закрылка для самолёта Ил-114 300.
В НПО «Родина» заявили, что разработали необходимые системы, а предприятие уже приступило к созданию опытных образцов. However, these systems turned out to be unnecessary for the Il-114 300 aircraft. The Ninth Arbitration Court of Appeal on July 10 confirmed the legality of the unilateral termination of the contract by PJSC "Il".
PJSC "Il" обратилось к НПО «Родина» in 2017 and ordered the development of rudder drive and flap drive control systems РП85-03 for the Il-114-300 aircraft.
But in 2019, PJSC "Il" did not receive the necessary materials. And in September 2023, the Federal Aviation Regulations changed — new requirements appeared for specialized software and reliability for aircraft systems.
In June 2023, work on the modernization of the Il-114-300 aircraft was completed, PJSC "Il" sent a notice of unilateral termination of the contract to NPO "Rodina".
