Specialists of the Ural Civil Aviation Plant (UZGA) have started assembling the third flight model of the LMS-901 Baikal light aircraft at the Nizhny Novgorod site. In June, they docked the fuselage of the new aircraft.
Thanks to the assembly equipment, the стыковка is carried out with high accuracy, ensuring interchangeability and correct installation of the airframe units. The equipment is выставлется according to modern technologies using laser tracking.
The successful стыковка was preceded by thorough multi-stage preparation. Employees of the enterprise manufactured and стыковали panels, forming three compartments, after the installation of which in the slipway of the general assembly began the стыковка process, which took several hours.
The site has everything you need — a 500-ton press, a broaching machine and other equipment.
