The Ministry of Industry and Trade believes it is necessary to legally mandate achieving a 50% share of Russian aircraft in the fleets of domestic airlines. This was announced by the head of the department, Anton Alikhanov.

He recalled that in Presidential Decree No. 309, there is a goal of 50% domestic aircraft in the airlines' fleet.

According to the decree signed by Russian President Vladimir Putin, by 2030, Russia must achieve a share of domestically produced aircraft in the fleet of Russian air carriers of at least 50%.

Earlier, www1.ru reported that the import-substituted SJ-100 aircraft have completed half of the certification program.
