В Москве выявили 300 признаков имущественно-земельных нарушений при помощи ИИ

Neural network analyzes data from video cameras and satellites

Moscow has begun to use remote monitoring to continuously monitor non-residential properties and land. The head of the Moscow State Inspectorate, Ivan Bobrov, spoke about the results of using digital tools in the first quarter of 2025.

Materials from video cameras and satellites are analyzed using artificial intelligence and sent to inspectors for action.

Through remote monitoring tools, from January to March 2025, about 15 thousand land plots were analyzed in the automated system, and more than 500 thousand images obtained from city cameras and other data sources were processed using neural networks.

The use of AI made it possible to record about 300 signs of land and property violations. Among them are facts about illegal construction work at an early stage, cluttering of urban land plots, and much more.

The city's AI-based video surveillance system not only identifies property and land violations, but also helps monitor the quality of cleaning and landscaping of courtyards and streets.

Earlier, www1.ru reported that scientists created a neural network to determine carbon in seas and oceans.
