On the night of March 26, scientists recorded a class C flare from active region 4043 on the surface of the Sun. This was reported by the press service of the Institute of Space Research and the Institute of Solar-Terrestrial Physics.
Disturbances on the star began at 02:15 Moscow time, peaked at 02:24, and ended at 02:35.
The day before, on March 25, eight flares were observed on the Sun, one of which reached level M 1.0 in active region 4043.
Class C flares also occurred, which were recorded from 07:39 to 23:46 Moscow time. The longest flare lasted more than an hour.
