Almaz-Antey is one of the largest enterprises in the military-industrial complex

The state-owned Almaz-Antey Aerospace Defence Concern transferred all its civilian projects to Romanov JSC. This was announced by Mikhail Podvyaznikov, Deputy General Director of Almaz-Antey Aerospace Defence Concern, General Director of Obukhov Plant JSC.

According to Podvyaznikov, as part of the development of the line of civilian products, the concern singled out the production of civilian vehicles into a separate area and created a specialized enterprise to implement this task — Romanov JSC.

A few days ago, it became known that Almaz-Antey electric crossover e-Neva, which was created by the Almaz-Antey concern, will not be launched into production in 2026 at the former Toyota plant.

All the technological groundwork and competencies created and acquired by the E-Neva team, including at the site of the former Toyota plant in St. Petersburg, as well as the team itself, have now been transferred to Romanov JSC.

Currently, the team of Romanov JSC is working on organizing the production of BAZ civilian trucks in the Shushary industrial zone of the St. Petersburg Automobile Cluster.
