The Ural plant in the Chelyabinsk region has launched production of the new Ural-43206-67 ("Ural-80") truck. Mass production and sales of the new product are scheduled for 2025.
The "Ural-80" truck is equipped with a YaMZ-535 turbodiesel engine. This four-cylinder 5.1-liter engine develops a power of 238 hp.
The more compact size of the engine made it possible to move the cab forward. This approach made it possible to free up additional space for the body (platform or superstructure).
The weight of the new truck is 12.6 tons, and the carrying capacity is 5.5 tons. The "Ural-80" is also equipped with an all-wheel drive system with differential locks and a reduction gear. Mass production of the model is scheduled for this year, the cost of the car has not yet been disclosed.
Earlier www1.ru reported that the "Ural" for the Far North waspresented in Russia.
