Production of engines, electrical components, and controllers has already begun

First Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Denis Manturov stated at a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin that drone production in Russia could increase fivefold before 2030.

According to him, the work is being carried out within the framework of the national project "Unmanned Aircraft Systems".

The main goal is to reach a level of 70% independence by 2030, to ensure a fivefold increase in production. But the way we see it today, I think this will happen even earlier, the pace of technology adoption is going.

He added that the production of electrical components, engines, and controllers has already started.

Earlier, www1.ru reported that an important feature of the Su-57 fighters will allow to detect Storm Shadow even at hypersonic speeds.
