Rostec will supply 10 unique mobile inspection and screening complexes (MISC) for cargo inspection at the Russian border. This is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2024.
Modern MISCs are equipped with special equipment. It allows scanning all types of vehicles and detecting prohibited cargo of any size.
Inspection complexes can scan up to 25 cars per hour, while portal systems can scan up to 120 cars. Modern equipment makes it possible to detect undeclared cargo even in moving vehicles at speeds up to 70 km/h.
Since 2018, we have manufactured and supplied about 20 units of this equipment. Now, about 10 more are in the process of being produced.
MISC equipment also allows recognizing the type of cargo — detecting explosives, weapons, drugs and other illegal items.
Earlier www1.ru reported that Rostec showed the modernized Mi-24P-1M.
