The ceremonial event for the commissioning of the facilities was timed to coincide with the 90th anniversary of the enterprise.

New facilities for the development of the fifth-generation Su-57 aircraft production have been built at the Komsomolsk-on-Amur Aviation Plant of the United Aircraft Corporation. The first stage of construction of the slipway for testing airborne radio-electronic equipment (avionics) for scaling up mass production of aircraft has been completed, and the fuel system testing buildings have been put into operation.

The Su-57 is designed to destroy all types of air, ground, and surface targets. The machine has a supersonic cruising speed, the latest complex of onboard equipment, radio-absorbing coating (stealth technology), and internal fuselage armament.

Earlier, www1.ru reported that an unusual upgrade of the Spartak armored vehicle had been spotted in the Network. The military covered it with logs from the roof side, thus protecting themselves from strike UAVs.
