Russian military forces are successfully employing loitering kamikaze drones "Lancet". They note that this type of munition successfully overcomes the protection of foreign electronic warfare (EW) systems.
"Lancet" has proven effective, which is why it is still being used and will continue to be used. Here, we use it for counter-battery warfare against artillery. It successfully bypasses foreign-made EW systems and hits the target.
"Lancet" is a loitering munition capable of destroying multiple launch rocket systems, artillery, armored vehicles, and enemy personnel. The drone can carry a charge of 3 to 5 kg and stay in the air for 30-40 minutes.
Earlier it became known that the Russian heavy flamethrower system TOS-1A "Solntsepyok" on the front line received additional two-tier protection to the standard anti-cumulative-anti-drone "visors".
