Unique Facility Being Launched for Shipbuilders in Karelia
The Russian government was instructed to transfer the shares to the state corporation within ten months
The project's lead ship, "Yantar," has been in use by the Russian Navy since 2015, with the "Almaz" scheduled for delivery to scientists by the end of 2026.
The development for one of the domestic customers is being carried out by the Sitech Design Bureau
Onega Shipbuilding and Ship Repair Plant will be the pilot enterprise for its launch
The parties will also organize year-round international transportation along the Northern Sea Route
The vessel will catch fish and process it into fillets, liver, fat and flour in a volume of up to 60 tons per day
