According to him, the ministry takes into account the rapid development of AI. Falkov noted that the department has already introduced relevant modules into 1,433 programs and has agreed with the Artificial Intelligence Alliance that such modules will be included in all higher education programs starting in 2027.

Earlier, the head of the Ministry of Education and Science said that the new model of higher education would include two mandatory modules on artificial intelligence — a basic one for all students and a professional one, adapted to a specific specialty. In parallel, the school direction is developing: a mandatory course "Artificial Intelligence and Information Security" is planned to be introduced for students in grades 5-11 from September 2027. Individual universities have already included work with neural networks in personnel training — for example, in medical universities, students are taught to interact with digital services through project activities.
